Please read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1. Author Registration includes:

• Presentation and publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings
• Access to the electronic conference proceedings
• Access to all conference sessions and keynote speeches

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration by 15 July 2025 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

The Author Registration Fee is:

Paper Page Limit:

• Conference Papers: 8 pages.
• Short Papers: 6 pages.
• Symposium or Workshop Papers: 6 pages.

Purchasing Extra Pages:

• Up to 4 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 80 per extra page.

In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, 2025 IEEE Membership Card must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or PDF file) to conference.register.2025@outlook.com.

2. Participant Registration includes:

• Access to the electronic conference proceedings
• Access to all conference sessions and keynote speeches

3. To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the name of Conference/workshop/ Symposium and Paper ID. If you register for the conference, for example, your paper ID is SmartCity-126”, please use "SmartCity" as the conference name and then fill in "126" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.

6. IMPORTANT:

• Please include both the acronym name of your conference and your paper ID in the payment notes either using Credit/Debit Card Payments or Bank Transfer Payment.
• Please note that ONE Author Registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings.

7. Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 15 July 2025. Please note: 1) Author registrations are non-refundable and 2) the bank transfer payment is non-refundable.
There will be an administrative fee of GBP 50 deducted from each refund if the participant registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
