Registration Instructions for IOI-2026 and Associated Workshops

1. Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration by 12 October 2026 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.

   The Author Registration Fee is GBP 670.

   Paper Page Limit (including all figures, tables, and references):

   • Conference Papers: 8 pages.
   • Short Papers / Workshop Papers: 6 pages.
   • Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 60 per extra page.

   The Participant Registration Fee is GBP 400.

   The Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

2. To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the short name of Conference/Workshop and Paper ID. If you register for the conference, for example, your paper ID is “IOI-126”, please use "IOI" as the conference name and then fill in "126" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.

3. Registration payments can be done via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

4. Instructions of Bank Transfer Payment for Registration can be downloaded by accessing this link.

5. IMPORTANT:

   • Please include both the acronym name of your conference and your paper ID in the payment notes either using Credit/Debit Card Payments or Bank Transfer Payment.
   • Please note that ONE Author Registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 16 October 2026.

   Please note: Author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is not non-refundable.

   There will be an administrative fee of GBP 50 deducted from each refund if the participant registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
