Camera-Ready Paper Instructions for IUCC/CIT/DSCI/IOI-2026 and Associated Workshops

Please read the following notes before working on the camera-ready paper:

  2. Formatting Your Paper

    1. Your final camera-ready paper MUST be formatted according to the Manuscript Formatting Guidelines and using the templates provided below. It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE using PDF eXpress™ or submitting the final PDF version of your paper.

    2. Camera-Ready Papers must follow the IEEE two-column US letter format (8.5" x 11"). The page limits are 8 pages for regular conference papers and 6 pages for short papers and workshop papers. Up to two additional pages are permitted, subject to an extra-page fee.

  3. Verify/Convert Your Paper using PDF eXpress

    1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpressTM site.

      1. For first-time users:

        • Create your PDF eXpress account and log in.

      2. For previous users who have an existing account:

        • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpressTM site using your existing account.

    2. Enter: 73305X for Conference ID, your email address, and a password.

    3. Continue as prompted. A confirmation will be displayed and emailed to you.

    4. Upload your PDF for compatibility checking, or upload your source files for conversion. Resolve any reported errors and ensure that the final PDF is IEEE Xplore-compatible.

    5. If you subsequently modify the paper, make sure to validate the revised PDF again.

  4. Complete Your Paper’s Copyright Transfer

    For each paper, complete the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCF) through this copyright transfer webpage. Save a copy of the completed form for inclusion in your final submission.

  5. Submit the Final Camera-Ready Paper

    1. Create a ZIP file that contains:

      • The final camera-ready PDF that has passed PDF eXpress validation.

      • Evidence of successful validation, such as a screenshot showing the paper title and successful validation status, or the validation confirmation email saved as a PDF.

      • A copy of the completed IEEE electronic copyright form.

    2. Email the ZIP file as an attachment to:

      conference.camera-ready.2026@outlook.com

    3. Use the following email subject line:

      Camera-ready paper submission: [Your full paper ID, including the conference or workshop acronym]

  6. Notes

    Please note that the papers accepted by the co-located IUCC/CIT/DSCI/IOI-2026 conferences and associated workshops will be included in a single combined conference proceedings.
