2. Formatting Your Video Presentation

Dear Authors,

Thank you for your contributions to the conference.

To facilitate all authors attending the conference and presenting the accepted papers, the conference will support hybrid presentations, including physical sessions with on-site presentations and also virtual sessions (online if necessary) for remote participants.

The authors who choose to give an online presentation are required to upload a pre-recorded presentation. You should record a slide show with an up to 15 minutes of narration (pre-recorded) and attend the 5 mins Q&A session (online). All files must be in PPTX Format and the size no larger than 50M.

3. Uploading Your Video Presentation

1) Please compress your presentation (PPTX format) to a .zip file;

2) Log in to the author console at the conference paper submission website that you used for submitting your original manuscript for paper review. Note that this is NOT the camera-ready paper submission website;

3) The username and password are the same as those you used to submit your original manuscript. If you forget your password, you can reset your password using the forgotten password link;

4) After logging into the system, under the tab "Additional files", you can see the button for uploading your presentation. Click the "Choose file" button in the line of Presentation and upload your final presentation (please note the system accepts a ZIP file only);

5) Once the uploading process is finished, you can click the "Download" button to check the uploaded file.

6) Send an email including your paper ID and paper title to conference.online@outlook.com after the video presentation has been uploaded successfully.
