Registration Instructions for SustainCom-2020 and the Associated Workshops

Please read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1. Author Registration includes:

o Presentation and publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings

o Access to the electronic conference proceedings

o Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration by 20 November 2020 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

The Author Registration fee is:

IEEE Member including (IEEE Student Member)	GBP 250	The current IEEE membership is required.
Non-IEEE Member	GBP 300

Paper Page Limit:

o Conference Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

o Workshop Papers: 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing Extra Pages:

o Conference Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 80 per extra page.

o Workshop Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 80 per extra page.

In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, 2020 IEEE Membership Card must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or PDF file) to

conference.register2020@gmail.com

2. Participant Registration includes:

o Access to the electronic conference proceedings

o Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia

The Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

The Participant Registration fee is:

IEEE Student Member	GBP 30	The proof of current student status and the current IEEE Student membership are required.
Non-IEEE Student Member	GBP 36	The proof of current student status is required.

3. To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the name of Conference/workshop/Symposium and Paper ID. If you register for the conference, for example, your paper ID is “SustainCom-127”, please use "SustainCom" as the conference name and then fill in "127" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.

4. Registration payments can be done via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

5. Instructions of Bank Transfer Payment for Registration can be downloaded by accessing this link.

6. IMPORTANT:

o Please include both the acronym name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID in the payment notes either using Credit/Debit Card Payments or Bank Transfer Payment.

o Please note that ONE Author Registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings.

7. Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 30 November 2020.

Please note: author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is not non-refundable.

There will be an administrative fee of GBP 15 deducted from each refund if the registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
