Instructions of Bank Transfer Payment for Registration

2. For attention of authors

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration by 3 December 2021 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

3. Extra bank charge

Please note that your local bank may charge you additional fees in order to process the bank transfer. The payment processing fee (about GBP 10) will be charged by the bank in the UK when the payment is received. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the given account is no less than the required registration fee.

5. Important information to be included in the bank transfer

a) Please include a note on your bank transfer indicating the the name of your conference and your paper ID.

b) Please specify the reason for payment (Conference Registration) and the code reference number (Code: 118347) for the university finance office to identity your payment.

6. How to send the receipt or confirmation of your bank transfer

Please send the scanned copy of the receipt or confirmation of your bank transfer via email to conference.register.2021@outlook.com.

Please include the name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID in the email. We will confirm your payment based on your scanned receipt.
