Camera-Ready Paper and Licence-to-Publish Instructions for ICA3PP-2026 and Associated Workshops

The proceedings of the 26th International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel Processing (ICA3PP 2026) have been formally accepted for publication in Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series as post-proceedings.

  1. Important Dates

  2. Paper Page Limit (including all figures, tables, and references):

    • Regular Papers: 20 pages.

    • Short Papers / Workshop Papers: 12 pages.

    • Up to 4 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 30 per extra page.

  3. Camera-Ready Submission Checklist

    • Final camera-ready paper in PDF format.

    • ZIP package containing all editable source files and figures.

    • Alt Text Excel file covering all figures, illustrations and images, including tables supplied as images.

    • Completed and hand-signed Springer Licence-to-Publish (LTP / Copyright Form) in PDF format.

    • Required paper, author and corresponding-author information.

    • Completed author registration and payment of any applicable additional-page charges.

    • The paper title, author names, and author order must be identical in the PDF, source files, and Licence-to-Publish form.

  4. Camera-Ready Submission and File Naming

    • The corresponding author must email the complete camera-ready package to ica3pp.camera.ready@outlook.com by .

    • Email subject: ICA3PP2026 Camera-Ready - [Paper ID] - [Corresponding Author Surname] - [Workshop Acronym] (include the final field only for workshop papers).

    • Submit one ZIP file named [ICA3PP/Workshop Acronym]_[Paper ID]_[Corresponding Author Surname].zip, containing the final PDF, source ZIP, signed LTP PDF and Alt Text Excel file. Replace the placeholders with the relevant details; do not include square brackets or spaces in the ZIP filename.

    • Use the following filenames for the files inside the submission ZIP:

      • PaperID_Final.pdf

      • PaperID_Source.zip

      • PaperID_LTP.pdf

      • PaperID_AltText.xlsx

    • Submit one paper per email.

    Do not include multiple or outdated manuscript versions in the source package.

  5. Springer LNCS Formatting

    • Authors must use the official Springer LNCS author instructions and LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates: Springer Computer Science Proceedings Guidelines

    • Use the Springer LNCS one-column format.

    • Do not include page numbers, running headers or running footers.

    • Ensure that figures and tables are clear, legible, captioned and cited in the text.

    • Keep tables and equations editable wherever possible; vector graphics are preferred.

    • Place any appendices before the References section.

    • Ensure that the source files and final PDF contain exactly the same version of the paper.

  6. Source Files

    • For Microsoft Word submissions:

      • Submit the manuscript in .docx format. Do not submit macro-enabled .docm files.

    • For LaTeX submissions, include:

      • The main .tex file and all additional .tex files.

      • Bibliography files, including the .bib and generated .bbl files.

      • All figures and other external resources.

      • Any non-standard style or package files required for compilation.

      • Short, clear filenames, with obsolete and unused files removed.

  7. Author Names, Affiliations and Corresponding Author

    • Carefully verify the spelling and order of all author names.

    • Verify all affiliations, postal addresses and email addresses.

    • Identify exactly one corresponding author and provide a valid email address.

    • Ensure that the corresponding author is the same in the manuscript, submission system and Licence-to-Publish form.

    • Provide clarification of given names and family names where they may be difficult to distinguish.

    • ORCID identifiers are strongly encouraged.

    • The author list must be final. Changes to authorship after final submission are normally not permitted and require prior approval from the conference.

  8. Springer Licence-to-Publish (Copyright Form)

    • For each accepted paper, the corresponding author must complete and hand-sign one Springer Licence-to-Publish (LTP) form on behalf of all authors. The form can be downloaded using the link above.

    • The form should contain the following conference information:

      • Conference / Title of the Proceedings: The 26th International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel Processing (ICA3PP 2026).

      • Series: Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).

      • Volume Editors: Haozhe Wang, Geyong Min, Justin Y. Shi, and Gudula Runger.

    • Authors must:

      • Enter the exact paper title and the full names of all authors in manuscript order.

      • Enter the corresponding author's name, printed name, date, postal address and email address.

      • Have the corresponding author sign on behalf of all authors using a handwritten signature.

      • Return the complete form, including every page, as one PDF file.

      • Do not use a typed name, inserted signature image, certificate-based signature or other digital signature.

  9. Disclosure of Interests

    Every paper must include an appropriate Disclosure of Interests statement following the Springer author instructions. It should appear after the Acknowledgments and before any Appendix or References section. If there are no relevant interests to disclose, include an explicit statement to that effect.

  10. Accessibility and Figure Alt Text

    Springer Nature requires alternative text (Alt Text) for all figures, illustrations and images, including tables supplied as images. Authors must submit one Alt Text Excel file together with the final manuscript.

    • Provide Alt Text for every figure, illustration and image, and clearly identify the corresponding figure or image number.

    • Authors may write the Alt Text themselves or use Springer Nature's Alt Text Assistant Tool.

    • Use of the Alt Text Assistant Tool is optional; submission of Alt Text is required.

    • The conference will send the corresponding author a separate email containing a paper-specific access link and instructions for the Alt Text Assistant Tool.

  11. Proof Correction

    Springer will send the proof to the corresponding author by email. Proof corrections are normally required within 72 hours. Only production or typographical errors should be corrected at this stage. Substantial rewriting, new results, changes to authorship or changes to author order will normally not be accepted.

  12. Publication Ethics and Code of Conduct

    All submissions must comply with Springer's publication ethics requirements and the Springer Nature Code of Conduct for Book Authors.

    Authors remain responsible for the originality, accuracy and ethical compliance of their papers.
