IUCC/CIT/DSCI/SmartCNS-2021 Paper Presentation Instructions


Dear Authors,

Thank you for your contributions to the conference.

After evaluating the current COVID-19 situation and associated travel restrictions, the conference will be held virtually on 20-22 December 2021.

All authors of accepted papers are required to upload a pre-recorded presentation. You should record a slide show with an up to 15 mins narration (pre-recorded) and 5 mins Q&A (online). All files must be in PPTX Format and the size no larger than 50M. The instruction of how to do this can be found at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/record-a-slide-show-with-narration-and-slide-timings-0b9502c6-5f6c-40ae-b1e7-e47d8741161c?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us.

Please upload your presentation by 13 December 2021.

Here is the instruction on how to upload your presentation. Please also check the conference webpage to find the detailed instructions.
1) Please compress your presentation (PPTX format) to a .zip file;
2) Log in author console at the conference paper submission website (https://hpcn.exeter.ac.uk/cit2021-submission/author/console). Note that this is NOT the camera-ready paper submission website;
3) The username and password are the same when you uploaded your submission. If you forget your password, you can reset your password using the forgotten password link;
4) Under "Additional files", you can see the button for uploading your presentation. Click the "Choose file" button in the line of Presentation and upload your final presentation (please note the system accepts ZIP file only);
5) Once the uploading process is finished, you can click the "Download" button to check the uploaded file.
